Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens — however, out of respect for our time and other clients, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service total.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your service total. If a cancellation falls within the above window, the appropriate fee will be charged to the card on file or deducted from your deposit.

Guest Policy

To maintain a calm and focused environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless they are also booked for a service.
